Certs by E-mail and Data Management

In recent months, we have been working on making improvements on how we manage and issue your results and data.

The following options are now available to our customers; 

Certs by e mail. All certs will be automatically issued to customers by e-mail. Some organisations may have more than 1 contact requiring results. We can ensure that all relevant personnel, authorised by you will be issued with certs of analysis by e-mail. This will speed up your turnaround times as well as provide you with your data in a flexible format.

On Line Account – Customers can continue to log onto our website and access historical data in PDF or Excel format. If you do not have access to this facility please contact Stephen in the Laboratory Analytical Services on 041 9845440 who will be happy to assist you in this regard.

EDEN and other formats – We are developing our database system to incorporate and accommodate EDEN reporting formats. We have made significant progress in this regard and expect to make further progress in 2012.
Printed original copies of certificates will still be available and will incur a printing and postage charge of E2.50 per certificate for new customers.

Limit Sets - Should you wish to have your results issued with your emission limit values (ELVs) or Permitted Value Limits (PLVs) we can manage this also. Your cert will be issued with results, your limit values, and any results which exceed your limits will be highlighted.
