Food Testing Services

Fitz Scientific commenced food testing services in January 2011, our range of parameters has broadened considerably since then. We have expanded the microbiological laboratory to accomodate this increase in sample numbers. UKAS accreditation for Salmonella and Listeria on a range of food matrices will be in place early 2012.

The following additional parameters can be carried out on food samples;

Entrobacteri, Enterococci, Pseudomonas, Staphloccus Aureus, Salmonella, Listeria.

Also we provide-

• Workplace Swab testing
• Water supply testing for food preparation suitability
