The United Kingdom Accreditation Service

UKAS is the sole national accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.
Accreditation by UKAS (as held by Fitz Scientific) demonstrates the competence, impartiality and performance capability of UKAS evaluators.



The Monitoring Certification Scheme provides for the product certification of instruments, the competency certification of personnel and the accreditation of laboratories based on international standards.
