The controls on infant formula and follow-on formula are set by the European Union through Commission Directive 2006/141/EC and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/127 and transposed into Irish legislation by SI 852/2007 European Communities (Infant Formulae and Follow-on Formulae) Regulations 2007 to 2014.
Our methodology meets the requirements of International ISO & EN standards and GB standards for export to the Chinese Market.
