Responsibilites
Requirements
Fully understand our service, test offering, customer types, and reasons for testing.
Building technical knowledge and understanding of customer testing requirements.
Main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Taking ownership of customer monitoring and testing projects to ensure they are serviced correctly, and all aspects of the service delivery meet agreed customer requirements.
Monitoring key customer projects to ensure they are operating efficiently.
Ensuring results reports are submitted on time and as agreed.
Investigating Customer Service failures in accordance with Right Kind of Wrong.
Working with teams across all functions of the business – building good positive working relationships that get things done.
Building strong working relationships with customers.
Monitor account performance.
Development of strong account management systems.
Working with data analytics on improvements to our food, environmental and solids online customer portals.
Efficient use of time and resources.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritise projects
Experience in a key account management role would be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English both written and oral
Good IT skills
Full clean driving licence
Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland.
