ITEX-DHS
Our research and development team, here at Fitz Scientific, are developing analytic methods using dynamic headspace technology – ITEX-DHS.
This is an automated sample enrichment technique for GCMS/MS designed for high sensitivity trace analysis of volatiles and semi volatiles in solids, liquids and gases.
The system utilises Tenax TA 80/100 mesh for sample enrichment during headspace analysis. This mesh is designed to efficiently extract volatile compounds, enhancing the sensitivity of the analysis process.
This technology is very adaptable for taste and odour compounds, flavourings and off flavour testing, and some key trace compounds in drinking water.
