Vitamin B Compounds in Food
The R&D Team at Fitz Scientific have created a highly sensitive method capable of detecting and quantifying Vitamin B compounds, using state‑of‑the‑art LC‑MS/MS technology.
The method has been validated across a wide range of matrices, including infant formula, adult nutritional’s, vitamin‑fortified foods, animal feed, beverages, and dietary supplements. The technique delivers exceptional precision and accuracy which are critical requirements for manufacturers operating in tightly controlled markets.
