Campylobacter is one of the leading causes of bacterial foodborne diarrheal disease worldwide.


Detection Methods

We follow ISO 10272-1:2023 for Campylobacter Detection and Enumeration.


Scope of Testing

Our testing covers a wide range of food matrices, including:

  • Meat & meat products, game & poultry, dairy

  • Eggs & egg products, fish & shellfish

  • Soups, sauces, cereals, bakery products

  • Fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices

  • Alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, ices & desserts

  • Confectionery, nuts & nut products, snacks

  • Prepared dishes, pet foods, animal feeds

  • Meat surfaces and product contact surfaces

  • Primary production samples (animal faeces, dust, swabs)


Reporting & Turnaround Times

Results are reported as Detected or Not Detected / (10g–25g-10ml–25ml- swab).

Limit of Detection (LOD): 1 cfu per 10g/10ml/25g/25ml/swab.
