Fitz Scientific is pleased to announce the availability of a new LC-MS/MS method for the analysis of Ascorbic Acid and Total Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid + Dehydroascorbic Acid) across a wide range of food, beverage and nutritional products.

The method delivers a limit of detection (LOD) of 1 mg/kg enabling manufacturers to accurately measure Vitamin C across a broad range of food, beverage, and nutritional products.

Suitable for a broad range of matrices, the method has been developed and validated for all matrices including:

  • Infant formula and baby food

  • Special nutritionals
